Guests are welcome to check-in at any time during our lobby hours. However, please be aware that our lobby is closed on all major holidays. (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
Guests may be checked-out at any time during our lobby hours. We do have pet care staff working behind the scenes after our lobby is closed. However, our staff members are responsible for animal care and are not authorized to open doors outside of regular business hours.
We do offer a pick-up window from 4:00 - 5:00 on Sunday afternoons. Rather than charge the full cost of Sunday boarding, we prorate boarding with a $17.00 pick-up charge. This assists in covering the cost of the boarding space that would otherwise be used for another guest and labor of our staff working on weekends.
During major holidays, a minimum stay of three nights will apply to any reservation where your pet boards with us on New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. These holidays are considered “peak boarding dates”; reservations will fill for these dates well in advance, so please make your boarding reservations early.
Absolutely! If you are interested in touring our facility, we recommend between the hours of 11am - 1pm on Tuesday-Thursday. Appointments are required.
This is when we have a lower volume of daycare and boarding guests being dropped-off or picked-up. Please keep in mind that due to insurance regulations, we are not able to go out on the outdoor play yard while it is in use. This is for your safety and the safety of our guests.
