  • Check-ins
Guests are welcome to check-in at any time during our lobby hours. However, please be aware that our lobby is closed on all major holidays. (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
  • Check-outs
Guests may be checked-out at any time during our lobby hours. We do have pet care staff working behind the scenes after our lobby is closed. However, our staff members are responsible for animal care and are not authorized to open our doors after the lobby is closed.
  • Sunday Pick-Up
We do offer a pick-up window from 4:00 - 5:00 on Sunday afternoons. Rather than charge the full cost of Sunday boarding, we prorate boarding with a $15.00 pick-up charge. This assists in covering the cost of the boarding space that would otherwise be used for another guest.
  • Major Holidays
During major holidays, a minimum stay of three nights will apply to any reservation where your pet boards with us on New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. These holidays are considered “peak boarding dates”; reservations will fill for these dates well in advance, so please make your boarding reservations early.
  • What is required for my pet to stay at your resort?
We mandate that Rabies, DAPP, and Boardatella all be up-to-date before your pet can stay with us.
  • What should I bring?
We want your dog as comfortable as possible, and often times that includes his/her favorite bed, blanket, or toy from home. The only thing we ask is that you leave any toys with stuffing at home. In addition, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the condition of these items upon departure. Personal food and treats are welcome as well. If you prefer we feed your pet their regular diet, we welcome individualized zip-lock bags with thier name, or their feeding bin with the appropriate measuring scoop.
  • Can you administer medication?
All required medications will happily be administered with no additional charge. We request that all medications be labeled with your pet’s first and last name and in their original container. We will also need to know about any special health concerns related to your pet.
  • May I authorize somebody else to pick-up my pet?
You may have someone else pick up your pet as long as we have your written authorization, the name of the person on file, and payment arrangements have been made in advance.
  • What should I bring for the first day of daycare?
We ask that you reserve 5-10 minutes on our first day of drop-off to fill out a New Client Form. If it is easier, you may contact us in advance and we can send it electronically. In addition, we will need up-to-date vaccination records.
  • Are reservations required for daycare?
No reservation is necessary for daycare. Simply bring them in and we will assess their temperament and see what play group they get along with best on their first day.
  • When can I drop-off and pick-up from daycare?
You can drop-off and pick-up anytime during our normal business hours M-F from 7:00-6:00. Unfortunately, we do not offer Saturday daycare at this time.
  • Can I bring a snack for my dog?
Of course! Feel free to bring in a zip-lock bag of food and let us know what time they normally eat and we’ll be happy to feed them using our own bowls.
  • What happens if I cannot make it there by 6pm?
If something happens and you are unable to pick up your dog before we close at 6:00pm, they are more than welcome to stay the night with us. You can pick them up when we open the next day or let them stay for another day of play.
  • My dog needs a bath too...can they get both?
Yes, of course! If your dog is due for a bath, notify us at drop-off and let us know when you’ll be picking up that afternoon. We’ll make sure they get plenty of playtime and a bath right before they go home.
  • May I tour your resort prior to leaving my dog?
Absolutely! If you are interested in touring our facility, we recommend between the hours of 11am - 1pm. This is when we have a lower volume of daycare and boarding guests being dropped-off or picked-up. If you have any specific questions, feel free to give us a call at (334) 244-9543 and we will be happy to answer them.
